Love this item! Bought this for my son as a Christmas gift. He loved it! I was impressed with the product but more so in the care that was given to customer service. Robert reached out to me when there was an issue with my order due to the USPS. He sent a new item and got it by priority mail in time for Christmas. I would not have realized the issue right away and by the time I would have my son wouldn't have gotten his gift in time. Which I am very appreciative! Thank you!
